2.      Resolution #2010-09 – To Approve Signatory Authorization for Town Manager on New Water Treatment Plant with SRF. (Jim Waggoner)

 

3.      Resolution #2010-10 – To Appropriate Insurance Funds in the Amount of $773.95 for cost of repairs needed to a 2008 Dodge Charger that was damaged on January 25, 2010. (Police Department Representative)

 

4.      Resolution #2010-11 – To Appropriate Insurance Funds in the Amount of $1,504.38 for cost of repairs needed to a 2005 Ford Crown Victoria that was damaged on January 25, 2010. (Police Department Representative)

 

5.      Resolution #2010-12 – An Additional Appropriation to the EDIT Fund in the Amount of $1,650,000.00.  This is an Advertised Public Hearing. ( Jeanette Brickler)
