BROWNSBURG ADVISORY PLAN COMMISSION

Chase Bank @ Northfield Drive. 2010-01P. The Petitioner seeks the construction of a new banking facility following the demolition of the existing structure located at 1073 North Green Street in Brownsburg. The Petitioner seeks to amend the Town of Brownsburg Zoning Map from the existing Industrial zoning to a C-3 Retail Commercial zoning classification. The Petitioner is being represented by Benchmark Consulting. The BAPC hearing date is January 25, 2010.

This month’s BLTRA meeting will be held at the Brownsburg Fire Territory building, 470 Northfield Drive on Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. The next BLTRA meeting will be held, on Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at 7:00 pm, at the Brownsburg Fire Territory building, 470 Northfield Drive.
