HENDRICKS COUNTY ADVISORY PLAN COMMISSION

ROLLING HILLS, LLC., ZA 305/10. The Petitioner seeks to amend PUD Ordinance 2004-21 and 2007-14 within the Village of Heritage Hills subdivision located on the west side of State Road 267 between County Road 200 North and County Road 300 North in Lincoln and Washington Townships.  The Petitioner seeks to amend the architectural standards of New England Way and Ansdale (formerly Liberty Hill) to include fiber cement siding and to include architectural design features which have been adopted by the HCZO since 2004.  The Petitioner is being represented by Amy Elliott.  The HCAPC hearing date is March 9, 2010.

 

ROLLING HILLS, LLC., 687/10.   The Petitioner seeks to vacate the Horizontal Property Regime for phase 2 for the Camargo Club subdivision located on the southeast corner of Northfield Drive and New England Way Boulevard in Lincoln Township.  At the time of zoning in 2004 it was undecided as to the type of condos that would be built within the Camargo complex.  As a result, it was developed as a Horizontal Property Regime. The Petitioner now seeks to change the classification instead to a fee simple lot project.  The Petitioner is being represented by Amy Elliott.  The HCAPC hearing date is March 9, 2010.  

 

 

ROLLING HILLS, LLC., MAP 726/10.  The Petitioner seeks a new major plat for phase 2 for the Camargo Club subdivision located on the southeast corner of Northfield Drive and New England Way Boulevard in Lincoln Township.  The petitioner seeks to record rather than to modify the existing Horizontal Property Regime transitioning Camargo Club to a fee simple lot subdivision by adding certain development standards to the PUD Ordinance.  The Petitioner is being represented by Amy Elliott.  The HCAPC hearing date is March 9, 2010.
