TOWN OF BROWNSBURG BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

 

WHK, LLC, 2010-05BZA.  The Petitioner, Richard Gardner, seeks a use variance from the zoning ordinance for lot number 8 in the William E. Thompson Subdivision commonly known as 21 North Grant Street in Brownsburg, Indiana. The petitioner seeks permission to use the property as a residence in the C-3 commercial district after a complete remodel of the existing property including the construction of an attached garage.  The Petitioner represents himself.  Banning Engineering is the project engineer.  The BZA hearing date is April 12, 2010.

 

TOWN OF BROWNSBURG ADVISORY PLAN COMMISSION

 

HERITAGE HILLS PUD, PCCZ-3-10-1032.  Rolling Hills, LLC seeks annexation to the town of Brownsburg, amendment of the PUD ordinance and development commitments for 275.76 acres within the Village of Heritage Hill.  The petitioner is being represented by Amy Comer Elliott.  The BAPC hearing date is April 26, 2010.

This month’s BLTRA meeting will be held at the Brownsburg Fire Territory building, 470 Northfield Drive on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at 7:00 p.m.  The next BLTRA meeting will be held, on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at 7:00 pm, at the Brownsburg Fire Territory building, 470 Northfield Drive.
