HENDRICKS COUNTY AREA PLAN COMMISSION

GALYAN ESTATE SUBDIVISION, MAP 729/16 (PRI).   Petitioner seeks a major plat for the Galyan Estate Subdivision located north of Maloney Road and just west of Raceway Road in   Lincoln Township.  The property consists of 38.16 acres.  The registered engineer for the project is Banning Engineering.  The HCAPC hearing date on this petition is July 13, 2010.

                      TOWN OF BROWNSBURG BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

OLD NATIONAL BANK, BZDV-6-10-1045/2010-07 BZA.   Petitioner, Andrew Buroker requests a development standard variance for an increased wall sign area of 87.5 square feet to be situated on property located at 843 E. Main Street in Brownsburg.   The BZA hearing date on this petition is July 12, 2010. 

 

 

 

BROWNSBURG ADVISORY PLAN COMMISSION

 

BOLT DEVELOPMENT, PCMA-6-10-1044/2010-15P.  Petitioner Rick Bolt seeks approval of a development project that will convert an area of approximately 5.5 acres in the center of Brownsburg from a combination of R2 and R4A zoning to C3 zoning for a future “Urban Center” development to be known as the North Green Street Redevelopment Project.  The BAPC hearing date on this petition is July 26, 2010.   

 

This month’s BLTRA meeting will be held at the Brownsburg Fire Territory building, 470 Northfield Drive on Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at 7:00 p.m.  The next BLTRA meeting will be held, on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at 7:00 pm, at the Brownsburg Fire Territory building, 470 Northfield Drive.
